Forms & Sparring..Let’s Go!! Compete with your Form!
Can you earn a 9?
9 = Excellent
8 = Good
7 = Fair
You will get an overall score on your form from start to finish. Stances, blocks, strikes and kicks. Participation, yells, ownership and presentation are equally important! Earn an event patch for an 8 or 9 on your form.
Friday will be point sparring day. Can you score 5 points in 2 minutes?
